LICENSING TERMS

All content on www.kollectivstock.com, ncluding photos and videos, is owned and copyrighted by KOLLËCTIVSTOCK OÜ, registered in Estonia. By subscribing to one of our plans, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content under the terms below. You do not own the content — you are purchasing a license to use it under specific conditions.

Standard License

Who it's for:

Creators, influencers, solopreneurs, and small business owners using photos and videos to promote their own brand.

What’s allowed:

  • Use for your own personal or business brand
  • Unlimited downloads and lifetime use while subscribed (subject to reasonable daily limits to prevent scraping or account sharing)
  • Use on social media, websites, digital ads, email campaigns, and marketing materials
  • Edit, crop, add text/audio, and adapt photos and videos to fit your content

What’s NOT allowed:

  • No use for clients or agency projects
  • No reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing photos or videos
  • No uploading as-is to stock platforms or content libraries
  • No use in products for sale (e.g. paid courses, templates, NFTs, apps)

Agency License

Who it's for:

Agencies, freelancers, and social media managers creating content for clients.

What’s allowed:

  • Use for your brand and unlimited client projects
  • Unlimited downloads and lifetime use while subscribed (subject to reasonable daily limits to prevent scraping or account sharing)
  • Use on websites, socials, paid ads, campaigns, pitch decks, and
    presentations
  • Edit, crop, add branding, overlays, or text to fit your or your client’s
    needs
  • Priority email support and custom clip requests (fees apply)

What’s NOT allowed:

  • No reselling or redistributing photos or videos
  • No sharing raw or unedited files with clients or third parties
  • No uploading to stock platforms or marketplaces
  • No use in products intended for resale (e.g., templates, courses,
    printables)

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Your license is valid only while your subscription is active. If you
    cancel, you may continue to use content downloaded during your
    subscription, as long as you follow the terms above.
  • KOLLËCTIVSTOCK OÜ reserves the right to impose reasonable
    download limits     (e.g., 100 downloads per day) to prevent scraping, login sharing, or other abuse.
  • Violating license terms may result in account suspension or
    termination without refund.
  • We may update license terms at any time. Notifications will be sent via email if changes are made.

COPYWRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All photos and videos are the intellectual property of KOLLËCTIVSTOCK OÜ. Copyright remains with us at all times. Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership or give exclusive rights to any content.

License FAQs

1. Can I use content after cancelling my subscription?

Yes — you may continue using downloaded photos and videos under
the original license terms, but you cannot download new content.

2. Can I use content in paid ads or promotions?

Yes, both Standard and Agency licenses allow use across social media, websites, and paid campaigns.

3. Can I share content with my team?

  • Standard License: Share internally (e.g., VA or social manager)
    but not externally.
  • Agency License: Use across your team and client projects but raw files cannot be shared.

4. Can clients keep using content after I stop working with them?

Yes, if you delivered edited photos or videos under an active Agency
License. Raw files require a separate license.

5. Can I resell or redistribute content?

No. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistribution of photos or videos in
any form, including templates, courses, stock libraries, NFTs, or apps,
is strictly prohibited.

6. Can I use content in paid courses or memberships?

Yes, for promotional purposes (e.g., ads, landing pages). No raw
photos or videos may be included as downloadable content.

  • Selling photos & videos in templates, apps, or digital products
  • Adding them to course platforms, stock libraries, or content packs
  • Using them as part of an NFT or AI dataset
  • Giving them away in free downloads or swipe files

7. Do I need to credit Kollectiv Stock?
