All content on www.kollectivstock.com — including photos, videos, graphics, and all media — is the copyright of KOLLËCTIVSTOCK OÜ, registered in Estonia. By subscribing to any plan, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our content under the terms below.
You do not acquire ownership or exclusive rights.
You acquire permission to use our content within the rules of your license.

LICENSE TYPES

We offer two license types:

  • Standard License — for creators, influencers, personal brands, and small businesses
  • Agency License — for agencies, freelancers, social media managers, and teams working with clients

Choose the license that matches how you plan to use our content.

STANDARD LICENSE

Who it's for:

  • Creators & influencers
  • Personal brands
  • Solopreneurs
  • Small business owners

What you CAN do:

  • Use content for your own personal or business brand
  • Unlimited downloads while subscribed (reasonable limits apply)
  • Lifetime use of downloaded content, even after cancellation
  • Use on: Social media, Websites & blogs, Digital ads, Email campaigns, Marketing materials
  • Edit, crop, overlay text, add filters, or adapt content

What you CANNOT do:

  • Use content for clients or agency projects
  • Resell, redistribute, package, or transfer content
  • Upload raw files to stock platforms, marketplaces, or AI datasets
  • Use content in any product for resale (digital or physical)
  • Offer content inside paid courses, templates, or memberships as downloadable material

AGENCY LICENSE

Who it's for:

  • Marketing agencies
  • Freelancers
  • Social media managers
  • Creative studios
  • Teams managing client accounts

What you CAN do:

  • Use content for your brand and unlimited client projects
  • Unlimited downloads while subscribed
  • Lifetime usage rights for delivered client work
  • Use in: Client social media, Websites, Paid ads, Pitch decks & presentations, Branding campaigns, Edit or customize content for each client, Work collaboratively within your team, Request custom footage (additional fees apply)

What you CANNOT do:

  • Share raw or unedited files with clients or third parties
  • Redistribute content inside your client deliverables
  • Upload content to stock sites, AI datasets, or content marketplaces
  • Use content in products intended for resale (templates, digital downloads, memberships, etc.)

If clients want access to raw files, they must purchase their own subscription.

ADDITIONAL TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL LICENSES)

Usage After Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:

  • You can continue using all content you downloaded while your subscription was active
  • You cannot download new content
  • You must continue to follow licensing rules

Reasonable Download Limits

To prevent scraping, bots, and account sharing, we may apply daily download limits (e.g., 100 per day) at our discretion.

Account Sharing

One subscription = one user.
Your team or clients must be covered under the appropriate license.

Termination for Abuse

We may suspend or terminate accounts without refund if:

  • You violate licensing terms
  • You misuse or redistribute content
  • You attempt to scrape or replicate our library

STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES

Regardless of license type, you may never:

  • Resell or redistribute content in any form
  • Upload content to any stock marketplace
  • Use content to train AI or machine learning models
  • Offer downloadable content in courses or memberships
  • Create templates or digital products using our raw files
  • Include content in NFTs or blockchain products
  • Give files away in “freebies,” swipe files, PLR packs, or content bundles
  • Create a competing stock platform or media library
  • These actions violate copyright law and will result in legal action.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Can I keep using content after canceling my subscription?

Yes — all downloaded content remains licensed for continued use under the same terms.

Can I use content in paid ads?

Yes — both Standard and Agency Licenses allow paid advertising.

Can I share content with my virtual assistant?

Yes, if they are producing content only for your brand (Standard License).
For client work, use the Agency License.

Can clients continue using deliverables after I stop working with them?

Yes — as long as they receive edited versions. Raw files require their own subscription.

Can I use content in my paid course?

Yes — for promotional materials.
No — as downloadable files inside the course.

Can I add content to templates or digital products for sale?

No. Raw or lightly edited content cannot be resold, repackaged, or distributed.

Do I need to credit Kollectiv Stock?

No credit is required. Tagging us is appreciated: @kollectivstock
