Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.kollectivstock.com (“Website”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Website or its content.

User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• By using the Website, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Intellectual Property

All content — photos, videos, graphics, text, logos — is owned by KOLLËCTIVSTOCK OÜ or its contributors. You may use content only under a valid license (Standard or Agency).
You may not:

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or sublicense content
• Upload raw files to stock platforms or AI datasets
• Claim ownership of content
• Circumvent download limits or scrape the library

Violations may result in termination and legal action.

User Accounts

Accounts are managed via Memberstack. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Not share accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• Subscriptions recur automatically until cancelled.
• Prices may change with notice.

Download Limits

To prevent abuse, we may impose reasonable daily limits.

Prohibited Uses

The Client shall not use the Content, in whole or in part, in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Sexual / Adult Use: In any pornographic, sexually explicit, escort, adult entertainment, or sexually suggestive context, including any use that implies sexual services, availability, or intent.

Dating & Relationship Contexts: In connection with dating platforms, matchmaking services, or any context that implies a personal relationship, romantic involvement, or identity of the depicted individual.

Defamation & Harm: In any manner that is defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful to the reputation, dignity, or rights of any person depicted.

False Endorsement: In a way that suggests or implies that the person depicted endorses, supports, or is affiliated with any product, service, brand, organization, or viewpoint.

Political Use: In connection with political campaigns, political advertising, advocacy, lobbying, or any political party, candidate, or public office.

Illegal, Fraudulent, or Deceptive Use: In connection with illegal activities or content that promotes or supports fraud, scams, impersonation, or deception, including but not limited to phishing, misleading advertising, or identity-based manipulation.

Impersonation & Synthetic Identity: For the creation of false identities, impersonation, deepfakes, synthetic media, or any misleading representation of identity, including use in fake profiles, social media accounts, messaging, or AI-generated derivatives intended to deceive.

Harmful, Abusive, or Extremist Content: In connection with hate speech, discrimination, harassment, violence, abusive conduct, or extremist or terrorist content.

Sensitive Subjects Misuse: In connection with sensitive topics (including but not limited to health conditions, mental health, sexuality, religion, or criminal activity) in a manner that is misleading or could reasonably be considered harmful or offensive.

Resale / Redistribution Abuse: As part of any template, on-demand product, or digital product for resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing where the Content can be extracted, downloaded, or reused as a standalone file.

Unlawful or Misleading Contexts: In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that misleads viewers regarding the nature, origin, or meaning of the Content.

Reputational Harm: In any manner that is reasonably likely to bring the Model or the Company into disrepute, scandal, or public controversy.

The Client shall not use the Content as part of any trademark, service mark, logo, or brand identity, nor claim ownership of the Content.

The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a particular use violates these restrictions. Any breach of this section shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement and shall result in immediate termination of the license without refund.

The Company reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.

The Company does not monitor all use of the Content and is not responsible for unauthorized or unlawful use by third parties.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and any depicted individuals from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of unauthorized or prohibited use of the Content.

Termination

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the Website or Content licenses at any time for any breach of these Terms, without notice or refund.

Governing Law

Estonian law applies. Disputes are resolved in Estonian courts.
